The Netherlands Government Scholarship will cover all expenses for international students to study abroad. The duration of the scholarship is 13 months for a one-year Master’s program and 25 months for a two-year Master’s program.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Maastricht University Holland Scholarships in Netherlands, applicants need to meet the following criteria:

• International candidates from outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam and meet the requirements for obtaining a visa and residence permit for the Netherlands.
• Applicants must not have Dual Nationality from EU/EEA country.
• You have applied for admission to a full-time Master’s program at Maastricht University for the 2026 academic year.
• You have obtained excellent results during your prior education program.
• You are not older than 35 years of age on 1 September 2026.
