Financial Benefits

The EUI Leaders Fellowship Program 2026 in Italy (Fully Funded) for international students covers:

• Monthly Stipend: To help with living expenses, fellows are given a €2,500 monthly stipend.
• Household payment: To help with extra household expenses, a €300 monthly payment is given.
• Child Allowance: Each dependent child receives an extra €200 each month.
• Travel Allowance: First-class train and economy-class airfare are included in the €1,200 allotted to fellows.

Candidates should select one of the following alternatives to indicate their preference:

• Five months: September 2025–January 2026
• Ten months: September 2025–June 2026

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered for the EUI Leaders Fellowship Program 2026 in Italy (Fully Funded), students must:

• All Italian citizens are eligible to participate in the EUI Leadership Program.
• European Union citizenship isn’t required.
• You must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. It is not necessary to have a Ph.D.
• There is no cutoff or recommended age.
• Applicants must have at least ten years of relevant work experience and be mid-career professionals.
• Applicants whose work tackles urgent policy issues pertinent to the STG’s focus areas will be given priority.
