Cross Culture Fellowships Program 2026 for International Applicants
Applications are now open for the prestigious ifa Cross Culture Fellowship Program 2026 in Germany. International candidates from 40 different countries are eligible to apply. The CCP 2026/27 Fellowship is a fully funded exchange program that allows participants to spend 2–3 months in Germany gaining professional experience and cultural exposure. This fellowship offers an excellent opportunity for talented individuals to enhance their skills, build global connections, and expand their expertise in an international environment.
The CCP 2026 Fellowship is fully funded by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany. It brings together participants from various sectors, including civil society, culture, education, science, arts, and media. The main aim of the Cross Culture Program is to build and strengthen long-term civil society networks between Germany and other countries worldwide. Around 90 fellowships will be awarded by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen.
During the 2–3 month practical training in host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries, participants will enhance their professional knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and develop strong intercultural competencies.
In return, host organizations gain valuable insights, expertise, and regional perspectives from CCP fellows. After completing the fellowship, participants bring back the knowledge, experiences, and networks they acquired abroad to enrich and strengthen their work within their home organizations.

Eligibility Criteria for Cross Culture Program
