SECAI AI Masters Scholarship 2026 in Germany (Monthly Stipend 934€)

Applications are now open for the SECAI AI Master’s Scholarship 2026 in Germany. International students from around the world are encouraged to apply for this valuable opportunity aimed at supporting future professionals and researchers in the field of artificial intelligence.

The scholarship is offered through SECAI – Saxon Center for Artificial Intelligence and is designed for students seeking to pursue a master’s degree in AI in Germany. It provides an attractive funding option for talented candidates who wish to study in Europe without navigating complex sponsorship requirements.

Beyond covering educational costs, the scholarship helps support students’ living expenses in Germany, enabling them to focus on their academic work, research activities, and professional development. Through this program, recipients can build expertise in artificial intelligence while expanding their research networks and career opportunities in one of Europe’s leading technology and innovation environments.

SECAI – Saxon Center for Artificial Intelligence is part of Germany’s prestigious Zuse Schools initiative, which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space. The program aims to cultivate the next generation of AI researchers, innovators, and technology leaders by providing advanced education and research opportunities in artificial intelligence.

Unlike many scholarship programs that focus primarily on computer science students, SECAI – Saxon Center for Artificial Intelligence encourages applications from a wide range of interdisciplinary fields. Eligible backgrounds include engineering, medicine, psychology, law, computational sciences, and human-centered AI, reflecting the growing role of artificial intelligence across diverse sectors.

A key objective of the program is to promote internationalization and diversity in AI education and research. During the selection process, special personal circumstances may be considered, and women pursuing STEM-related disciplines are particularly encouraged to apply. The program also recognizes applicants who have faced challenges such as political persecution, systemic disadvantages, displacement caused by conflict, or refugee circumstances.

As competition for AI scholarships across Europe continues to increase, students interested in Germany’s research-focused AI education ecosystem are advised to prepare and submit their applications well before the final deadline to maximize their chances of success.
