Applications are now open for the Trinity Leadership Fellowship 2026 in the United States. Candidates from all countries are eligible to apply. The purpose of the TLF is to equip emerging faith leaders, professionals, and community changemakers with the training, education, and motivation needed to strengthen and uplift their communities.
The Trinity Fully Funded Leadership Fellowship 2026 will take place in September 2026 at Trinity Church in New York City. The program will begin with an in-person session from September 13–18, 2026, followed by online activities for the remainder of the year. Fellows will return for another in-person gathering from September 13–16, 2027. Throughout the fellowship, participants will learn from experienced professionals, strengthen their leadership skills, and build meaningful connections with other community-focused leaders.
Trinity Church, established in 1697 in the heart of a rapidly expanding city and nation, is known for offering free public programs that provide fresh insights through conversations with authors, scholars, and inspiring musical performances. The fellowship’s first in-person session is scheduled for September 13–18, 2026, and the next gathering will be held from September 13–16, 2027.

Eligibility Criteria
In order to be considered for the Trinity Leadership Fellowship 2026 in USA, students must:
- All Nationals are eligible for the Fellowship.
- Members of any faith are welcome to participate in the program.
- Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- All professions are welcome to apply for the Fellowship.
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent).
- Candidates must have proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Applicants must have reliable internet access all year long.
- Mandatory Travel to New York City.
- Has accomplished objectives that benefit their community and the general welfare. They have to show that they want to pursue objectives that go beyond their own interests.
- Has certain objectives they want to achieve during the fellowship.
- Relationship-building and interaction-oriented by nature
- Previous experience motivating and directing a group to accomplish a shared objective
- Self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of innovative problem-solving
- Ability to see and consider both long-term and short-term at the same time; able to see both the “forest and the trees” and the broader picture.
- Having a high threshold for suffering and being prepared to make sacrifices in order to accomplish goals
- Capable of striking a balance between one’s own aspirations and the capacity to hear and accept criticism
