Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the US Fulbright Student Program 2027 in the USA, international students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be a U.S. citizen or national by the application deadline.
- Permanent residents are ineligible.

- Grants do not cover activities that need a medical or nursing license.
- Proposals for medical research that include clinical training, patient care, or patient contact are not permitted.
