Recognized as a leading postdoctoral mobility initiative in France, MOPGA is supported by top French research institutions and laboratories and is one of the flagship funding programs of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). As a nation committed to the Paris Agreement, France is introducing a new edition of the MOPGA Fellowship to strengthen scientific research aligned with the themes discussed at the Conferences of the Parties (COP).
This ninth call for applications invites international early-career researchers to collaborate with leading French research institutions. The program is jointly funded by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR), and implemented by Campus France.
